We made a collage of this one. It was shot in the Colonial Zone in Dominican Republic. We absolutely loved working with these two. They jumped right into it; to the point where we had to tell them to behave themselves! It was awesome! Plus the backdrops are just amazing.

So we found ourselves once more in Dominican Republic visiting family and as usual ended up doing some unscheduled shoots while down there. What can I say? we just couldn’t resist. Here’s a big tease from Elaine’s bridal session.. We had seen this run down ugly looking green door on our other trips and were just dying to shoot in front of it. Needless to say it did not disappoint.

I had a blast with these two! Mostly, Adriana and I shoot together, but every so often schedules don’t allow it. I enjoy an occasional shoot with just a couple. It reminds me of my early days, where simplicity and easiness were transient and mysterious for me. Now, simplicity and easiness are paramount! We can hardly wait for their wedding at the Prado in April.

2008 was a wonderful year! Not only was our daughter born but we also got to meet and work with absolutely amazing people. Here’s a big shout out to all those that made 2008 our most successful year yet. We LOVED LOVED LOVED connecting with you all! Stay tuned for 2009 we have some beautiful pics lined up! But first, here’s a few of our faves from last year… enjoy!
